Film Review: Everlasting Moments
Everlasting Moments
Plot: 9 (slight suspension of disbelief required)
Acting: 10 (most characters elicit a strong visceral reaction)
Lighting and camera work: 9
Music: nice without being memorable
Historic and technical veracity, props: appears excellent, as far as I can tell from my limited knowledge of the period. Minor simplifications and prettying up are not distracting. The movie achieves viewer immersion quite well.
Overall: highly recommended.

Left-handed Walther P22 paddle holster for a kid
Two weeks ago, I asked about a left-hand holster for the son of a friend. The following week, a really nice Kydex IWB holster was sent in by one of the blog visitors. A couple of days ago, a custom paddle holster came from K&D.

The small paddle is removable and can be replaced with a larger paddle, or belt loops, or a Molle mount, or an IWB adapter. The accenting skin is bullfrog. The quality of the holster is such that it will probably last a lifetime of hard use. Kevin Manley turned this around so fast that the kid will get the holster in time for his 9th birthday next week.

How to find out serial number of an internal hard drive?
With Windows 7, is there any way to find out serial number of an internal drive without actually shutting down, pulling the drive and looking it over?
